John Nolte with Brietbart wrote a brilliant piece on NBC, Avenatti and false claims made about Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

NBC is now revealing information that would have cleared Kavanaugh’s confirmation controversy.
During the confirmation for Supreme Court, NBC ran a story that “Avenatti tweeted out a sworn statement from a woman who backed up Swetnick’s outrageous rape allegations,” Brietbart reported.
“In her statement, this second woman swore that she, too, had witnessed Kavanaugh spike punch bowls and take sexual advantage of girls,” Nolte wrote.
However, NBC interviewed the woman and it turned out that she was not telling the truth.
Furthermore, Nolte reported, “NBC interviewed this anonymous witness on September 30, and she recanted!” (MORE BELOW.)
The truth comes out a little bit at a time:
The problem is…it’s too little too late. The damage to Kavanaugh’s reputation has already been done.
NBC knew that the damaging allegations leveled against Kavanaugh at the time were false.
Yet, it is only now that NBC is bothering to let America know. (MORE BELOW.)

“Referring to Kavanaugh spiking the punch, “I didn’t ever think it was Brett,” the woman said to reporters in a phone interview arranged by Avenatti on Sept. 30 after repeated requests to speak with other witnesses who might corroborate Swetnick’s claims.
When asked in the phone interview if she ever witnessed Kavanaugh act inappropriately towards girls, the woman replied, “no.”
Additionally, Brietbart said, “On October 3, NBC News again spoke to this woman, and this time, she all but accused Avenatti of fabricating her statement:
[R]eached by phone independently from Avenatti on Oct. 3, the woman said she only “skimmed” the declaration. After reviewing the statement, she wrote in a text on Oct. 4 to NBC News: “It is incorrect that I saw Brett spike the punch. I didn’t see anyone spike the punch…I was very clear with Michael Avenatti from day one.”
When pressed about abusive behavior towards girls, she wrote in a text: “I would not ever allow anyone to be abusive in my presence. Male or female.”
