Before departing to Paris Friday morning, President Trump hit back at the Obama’s, specifically when asked about about Michelle Obama’s new book.
The President took a few questions from the press before departing overseas. (Video Below)
Michelle Obama wrote a new book where- low and behold- she took jabs at President Trump writing, “the whole [birther] thing was crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed. But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks.”
She added, “What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington? What if that person went looking for our girls? Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family’s safety at risk. And for this I’d never forgive him.’”
While speaking with the press, a reporter asked President Trump about her statement in the book.
“Michelle Obama got paid a lot of money to write a book and they always insist you come up with controversy.” He said firmly. (Video Below)
President Trump didn’t stop there.
Trump declared, “Well I’ll give you another controversy back! I’ll never forgive [Barack Obama] for what he did to our United States military by not funding it properly. It was depleted. Everything was old and tired, and I came in and I had to fix it. I’m in the process of spending tremendous amounts of money!”
“I will never forgive him for what he did to our military! I’ll never forgive him for what he did in many other ways.” He continued, “what he did to our military made this country unsafe.”(Video Below)
