Outgoing AG Pam Bondi, Florida’s fire-cracker of a pro-America First Agenda Attorney General has had enough of the election trickery down south in Broward country.
And she told local law enforcement OFF for turning the other cheek when they refused to investigate the election shenanigans. (MORE BELOW.)
AG Bondi DEMANDS law enforcement to do their JOB and investigate the potential voter fraud claims.
Moreover, she did it LEGALLY. As Attorney General, Bondi sent a letter to Secretary of State Ken Detzner then turned around and affected Rick Swearinger, Commissioner at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The letter to the SOS said they must “report all election irregularities in the Democratic-leaning counties to the Office of Statewide Prosecution, which reports to her,” per Jacob Ogles at Florida Politics.
Specifically, her letter to the Commissioner of Law Enforcement said, “I am deeply troubled by your announcement that you will not pursue any investigation or inquiry into clearly documented irregularities of election officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties.” (MORE BELOW.)
Law Enforcement are now FORCED to investigate and report to SOS who reports to the AG office in Florida.
She did it! In a brilliant move, she played 4D chess and has the local law enforcement in check.
Florida Politics reported “The state’s chief legal officer sent a letter to FDLE Commissioner Rick Swearingen saying the law enforcement agency has an obligation to investigate now.”
