Trump Responds To The Alleged Moscow Trump Tower Deal In Classic Fashion

Mainstream media and other powers of the left are having a hay day after President Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen pled guilty to lying to Congress about the Trump Organization’s plans to build a Trump Tower in Russia.

The latest move by Cohen is part of a plea agreement worked out with Special Counsel Mueller’s team, where Cohen then detailed President Trump’s involvement with a deal that ended up falling short in the end, as no Trump Tower was ever built.

President Trump, who traveled abroad for the annual G20 Summit, seemed unshaken by the latest developments and has been shrugging it all off. Trump sounded off on Twitter bright and early Friday morning to set the record straight on the alleged deal that Cohen pled guilty to lying about.

Trump said, “Oh, I get it! I am a very good developer, happily living my life, when I see our Country going in the wrong direction (to put it mildly). Against all odds, I decide to run for President & continue to run my business-very legal & very cool, talked about it on the campaign trail.”

He continued, “Lightly looked at doing a building somewhere in Russia. Put up zero money, zero guarantees and didn’t do the project. Witch Hunt!”

Despite Cohen’s guilty plea, critics to the Special Counsel are saying this latest move is proof that Mueller has found very little to prove crimes against President Trump. And instead, the crimes committed charged by Mueller’s office have been manufactured in a sense as they never occurred before Mueller’s appointment.

Liberal Law Professor Alan Dershowitz touched on the matter in an interview with Fox News. We leave you with video of Dershowitz’s reaction to Cohen’s plea.
