Pelosi Vows To Get To The Bottom Of ‘The Truth’ In Mueller’s Report: ‘It’s Not About Politics, It’s About Patriotism’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sat down for an interview at the Time 100 Summit, where she vowed to get to the bottom of the truth that she thinks is being hidden regarding the Mueller Report and President Trump’s background.

Pelosi claimed the Mueller report “sort of led the way” to hold the President accountable by questioning whether or not the Trump is indictable or not. But she said what matters most is “the truth.”

She also tried to persuade the audience that the investigations House committees are set to conduct on the President and his associates “take us down the fact-finding path.”

Pelosi went on to accuse the Trump Administration of “stonewalling” and “obstructing” Democrat efforts to uncover information and testimony on Trump’s background.

She said, “This is a moment in our history, as they say. It’s not about politics, it’s about patriotism.” And she stated that the Trump Administration poses a threat to America’s democracy and Constitution.

Then when asked if she thinks Trump committed criminal behavior as per the Mueller Report, Pelosi replied, “That remains to be seen when we see the rest of the report.” Video Below

Nancy complained about efforts by the DOJ to allow a much less redacted version of the Mueller Report to be seen behind closed doors and only to select people. She said that she is “not falling for it” and would rather see open conversation about everything in the report.

Finally, Pelosi concluded, “This is about being totally free from passion, from prejudice, from politics. It’s about the presentation of the facts. And when we have the facts, we’ll have a better idea of how we go forward.” Video Below
