Trump Slams ‘Sunday Political Shows’, Chris Wallace, Buttigieg & More In A Series Of Throwdowns

The troller in Chief, President Donald Trump, took to Twitter on Sunday where he urged the “fake news Sunday political shows” to report the great succession of accomplishments for once that he and his administration are achieving.

Not surprisingly, the mainstream media, however, did not take the President’s advice, so Trump took his message directly to the American people on Twitter where he vented his frustration.

President began early Sunday morning recommending that the fake news tell the truth, instead of the hate and divisiveness they peddle.

He wrote on Twitter, “For all of the Fake News Sunday Political Shows, whose bias & dishonesty is greater than ever seen in our Country before, please inform your viewers that our Economy is setting records, with more people employed today than at any time in U.S. history, our Military, which was a depleted disaster, will soon be stronger than ever before, our Vets are finally being taken care of and now have Choice”.

Trump continued, “Our Courts will have 145 great new Judges, and 2 Supreme Court Justices, got rid of the disastrous Individual Mandate & will protect Pre-Existing Conditions, drug prices down for first time in 51 years (& soon will drop much further), Right to Try, protecting your 2nd Amendment, big Tax & Reg Cuts, 3.2 GDP, Strong Foreign Policy, & much much more that nobody else would have been able to do. Our Country is doing GREAT!”

Of course, the fake news did not report any of that, so the President called them out next. (Continued Below)

The President announced, “Watched some of the Fake News Political Shows this morning and continue to be amazed at how every question is asked in the most negative way. The Mainstream Media should be ashamed of itself -“.

He praised Americans who are not fooled by the fake news’ dishonest reporting and wrote, “But the good news is that the USA is wise to your game of dishonesty and deception!” (Continued Below)

Next, the Commander in Chief hit Fox News, accusing the network of “wasting airtime” over its coverage of South Bend, Indiana Democratic Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and other Democratic 2020 contenders.

“Hard to believe that @FoxNews is wasting airtime on Mayor Pete, as Chris Wallace likes to call him,” Trump said. Fox is moving more and more to the losing (wrong) side in covering the Dems. They got dumped from the Democrats boring debates, and they just want in.”

“They forgot the people who got them there. Chris Wallace said, ‘I actually think, whether you like his opinions or not, that Mayor Pete has a lot of substance…fascinating biography.’ Gee, he never speaks well of me -“. The President continued.

“I like Mike Wallace better…and Alfred E. Newman will never be President!” Trump added, doubling down on his comparison of the mayor to the character Alfred E. Neuman who appears on the cover of Mad Magazine.

Wallace last month praised the mayor as having “interesting, refreshing ideas” and more “substance” than former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-Texas), another White House hopeful. The Fox News anchor is the son of legendary “60 Minutes” correspondent Mike Wallace, who died in 2012, reported The Hill. (Continued Below)

On Friday, Wallace weighed in on the interview that was aired between Bill Hemmer and Attorney General William Barr. Wallace claimed that Barr “clearly is protecting this president and advocating his point of view.”

During a segment on “America’s Newsroom,” Chris Wallace suggested, “What really comes across to me most of all is that for two years, Donald Trump sat there and said I don’t have an attorney general, I don’t have somebody out there looking for and protecting my interests. He clearly has that now with Bill Barr.”

Trump concluded, “I will be interviewed by Steve Hilton tonight at 9:00 P.M. on @FoxNews. Enjoy!”
