Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden held a press conference Tuesday, delivering remarks over how he views President Trump’s coronavirus response and the economy.
Following his prepared remarks, Biden responded to questions from reporters for the first time in nearly three months.
Fox News journalist Doug McKelway asked the 77 year old nominee if he has “been tested” for “cognitive decline”, following some speculation over his many gaffes.
“Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive decline. I’m 65, I don’t have word reciliation that I use to have. I forget my train of thought from time to time. You got 12 years on me, sir. Have you been tested for some degree of cognitive decline?”
Joe Biden claimed: “I’ve been tested. I’ve been constantly tested.”
“Look. All you gotta do is watch me. And I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against,” he added, before quickly leaving the podium to exit. Video Below

Joe Biden was also asked if he can maintain his poll “advantage” without “campaigning in a traditional way”, referring to rallies verses staying in his basement.
“Well you know, this is the most unusual campaign I think in modern history,” Biden said. “I’m gonna follow the docs orders, not just for me, but the country. That means I am not going to be holding rallies.”
